| More back and forth leagle battle between the bnetd makers and Blizzard Dogs, err I mean lawyers. The latest " Blizzard's Reply in Support of Their Motion for Partial Summary" [PDF file]. Right now, it is nothing more than Blizzard stalling, because they ave still failed to come forward with any admissible evidence of actual customer confusion.
